Theresa May will today demand an end to racial discrimination in everyday life.
The Prime Minister will publish an analysis showing huge disparities in employment rates and school attainment between white people and those from ethnic minority backgrounds.
She will launch a massive database – the first of its kind in the world – covering 130 areas of life across health, education, employment and criminal justice, all broken down by race.
Mrs May has ordered a review of school exclusions after the audit revealed that some black children were three times as likely to be excluded or suspended as white British ones. The figures show that poorer white children tend to do worse in tests at junior schools, and that black people are less likely to own a house and more likely to be found guilty in court.
The Conservative leader will use the statistics to challenge society to ‘explain or change’ disparities in how people from different backgrounds are treated.
She will tell Whitehall, businesses, police and other institutions that they have ‘nowhere to hide’ and must help ensure race is never a barrier to people achieving their goals in life.
On a visit to a school in South London, Mrs May told sixth form students: ‘What I hope this audit will bring is a change in attitude so that everyone is treated equally, no matter what their background, and this is never a barrier to getting on in life.
‘By bringing this information together in one place for the first time it will shine a light on the issues we are facing. We must now work together as a society to find solutions.’
Mrs May will launch the new Ethnicity Facts and Figures website today, saying she hopes it will become an ‘essential resource in the battle to defeat ethnic injustice. Among the findings were that the 8 per cent unemployment rate for black, Asian and minority ethnic people is nearly double that of white British adults.
Mrs May will say: ‘People who have lived with discrimination don’t need a government audit to make them aware of the scale of the challenge.
‘But this audit means that for society as a whole – for Government, for our public services – there is nowhere to hide.
‘These issues are now out in the open. And the message is very simple: if these disparities cannot be explained then they must be changed.
‘Britain has come a long way in my lifetime in spreading equality and opportunity. But the data we are publishing today will provide the definitive evidence of how far we must still go in order to truly build a country that works for everyone. The Ministry of Justice will put in place recommendations from the recent Lammy Review, including performance indicators for prisons to assess how prisoners of different races are treated.
The ministry will also be made to adopt an ‘explain or change approach’ to ethnic disparities and publish all data held on ethnicity by default. Prison chiefs will be urged to improve the recruitment, retention and progress of minority staff.
In education, an external review will look at cases of children excluded from school, with a focus on ethnic groups disproportionately likely to be suspended or expelled.
In 2015/16, Irish traveller pupils were the most likely to be excluded, with a rate of 0.49 per cent. They were followed by gipsy and Roma children (0.33 per cent). Black Caribbean pupils – at a rate of 0.29 per cent – were permanently excluded at three times the rate of white British pupils.

Drugs are an affection that changes a persons thinking ability, a person who has taken drugs believes that they are on a normal level due to the fact of there understand of being a well tuned person, drugs have there levels of definition to the human body, people that experience drugs and stop taking drugs have a clear understanding of the effects that take change to the mind soul and body, a person who continues to be a drugs user does not have a understanding of change to the mind as they are in the circle of addiction that keeps them programmed to there way of thinking. A drug user can take drugs for years and act like there is no change to there development as they think it has no affect to them because that's what they want to believe and understand. The world has it motive based around different people with different mental situation that occur in there life. A person who has a heart that thinks of them self will all ways want another person to fall even if it means talking untruth facts about a person, this matter can all relate around the drug use environment within society. There are millions of people across the UK that think different and don't have the same views, people are more likely to stereotype a next person based on there situation in life as a whole. People hold views based around negative aspects and positive aspects. A person could not have no educated understand in life but think they know more then a person who is educated to a required level as drugs gives people a physicotic way of thinking and a mind playing trick that makes them think that they sense something. It happens in English hippy people based around there culture and Jamaican people as they relate to the nature of smoking weed, Which opens the brain to different channels that thinks on another level. The mind is a two way approaching affect that is held in the most amazing ways to give a person clear understand of now and then situations in life. There are people that have different structures based around interal and external focus elements within there domestic life, there life is based on no support or no guildance that helps them be stable. These stories of people with A class heron drug addiction has a major change to a person life that affects there heart and soul, they were a mother of father child at birth and to be destroyed for the riches of a person who wants material goods to impress there life is a deverstating fact within our society, The drug heron is a life changing aspect that is compared to other drugs that are used in the UK that don't affect people in the same manner.  People have other situations that hold an impression of default to the required subject that upholds disadvantages that puts them in a situation of being homeless. The aim of charties is to help people find a route back to there feet to gain stable ground based on satisfaction that helps there need in life. People hunt for success or achivment that can uphold there main driven element within society. Nothing is a positive motive to the main source of giving and helping charties as background office information based on support is a private understand to the public society which holds no understand of what goes on within there charties based on day to day efforts. Most people's judgement of charties is that they don't help and keep all money for them self which is not true, but if they see what happens they would understand that there efforts are to help and that should be taken in to account as people are blind to the support that is given. Please watch the video above to understand the situation within our society. Ps Cs

These days, it can be kind of difficult to tell the difference between sexual and romantic attraction. The hormones released during sex can be intensely bonding on a primal level. When you have a romantic attraction to someone, you also (usually) find them physically attractive. Sometimes, a sexual attraction can legitimately become a romantic attraction. Other times, a purely emotional relationship becomes more sexual the closer you come to someone. With sexual attraction and romantic attraction often so closely intertwined, how do you know the difference between them? Is there even a difference in the first place? Well, according to UNC's LGBT Center, sextual attraction involves the desire for a sextual relationship or sexual contact with someone, while romantic attraction focuses more on an emotionally intimate connection with someone, not purely related to sex.
However, a more subtle difference between a sexual attraction and a romantic one is time. Typically, a sexual attraction is felt right away and dissipates just as quickly as it came. Depending upon your own boundaries, you probably don't even have to know a person that well in order to know that you want to have sex with them. Dating apps like Tinder, in which you basically decide who to match with based off of their appearance, are built around sexual attraction. You don't even have to meet up with someone to be interested in having sex with them.

Now for the fun bit: Everyone from England, Scotland and Wales is also British, but not people from Northern Ireland who are Irish (despite also being UK citizens). People from the Republic of Ireland are just Irish. And, none of these groups, except for people from England, should be referred to as English.
If that doesn’t fully make sense, then watch the video below which explains it in even more detail:   In fact, the official name of the country is the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland."
The capital city of the United Kingdom is London and the head of state is currently Queen Elizabeth II. The United Kingdom is one of the founding members of the United Nations and sits on the United Nations Security Council.
The creation of the United Kingdom heralds back to 1801 when there was a unification between the Kingdom of Great Britain and the Kingdom of Ireland, creating the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. In the 1920s, southern Ireland gained independence and the name of the modern country of the United Kingdom became the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

GREAT BRITAIN

Great Britain is the name of the island northwest of France and east of Ireland. Much of the United Kingdom consists of the island of Great Britain. On the large island of Great Britain there are three somewhat autonomous regions: England, Wales, and Scotland.
Great Britain is the ninth largest island on Earth and has an area of 80,823 square miles (209,331 square kilometers). England occupies the southeast portion of the island of Great Britain, Wales is in the southwest, and Scotland is in the north.
Scotland and Wales are not independent countries but do have some autonomy from the United Kingdom with respect to internal governance.
Key Difference: The history of America and Britain is intertwined which is why there are a lot of similarities. However, there are many differences between the two cultures as well, including but not limited to behavior, sense of humor, television, preference of food and drinks, sports, etc.
Both America and Britain are countries with very old histories and traditions, so it’s understandable to say that they have developed some very different culture practices. However, the history of America and Britain is intertwined which is why a lot of similarities also occur.
America and Britain are both English speaking countries, and as Britain is the forefounder of the United States there are certain aspects of their culture that they have passed on. However, after almost 250 years apart, these cultures have developed to become unique to their respective countries.
When a tourist travels to American and Britain they might find them to be quite similar. From an outside perspective, both US and UK appear quite similar, they are both English-speaking, and other than some differences in dialect and cuisine they appear to be comparable. Still, when an American travels to Britain or vice versa, they are more likely to notice many differences such as the British life and behavior may seem more laid back to an American, who seem to be prefer a more harried lifestyle. Whereas, to a Briton, Americans always seem to be in a hurry; they can also appear to be forceful or demanding to the relaxed Brit.
The leader and deputy leader of far-right, anti-Islam group Britain First, Paul Golding and Jayda Fransen, have been charged with causing religiously aggravated harassment.
The charges relate to the distribution of leaflets in the Thanet and Canterbury areas and videos posted to social media during a gang rape trial at Canterbury Crown Court in May. That trial saw Shershah Muslimyar, 21, Tamin Rahmani, 38, Rafiullah Hamidy, 24 and a 17-year-old all convicted and jailed for the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Ramsgate.
Fransen, 31, faces four counts of causing religiously aggravated harassment and Golding, 35, faces three counts, Kent Police said.
The pair, both from Penge in south east London, were arrested on May 10.
Beneath the veneer of our super-sophisticated 21st-century existence, there lies a very basic truth: our lives are fundamentally governed by daily biological cycles called circadian rhythms.
These rhythms dictate the best time for us to eat, drink, sleep, have sex and even to get vaccinations. And we defy them at our peril.
Mounting evidence shows how our modern electrically illuminated life, which knocks off kilter the natural cycle of exposure to sunlight and darkness, vastly raises the risk of illnesses such as heart disease and obesity.
The basic mechanism of our circadian rhythms — or the body clock as they are more popularly known — was revealed three decades ago. But only this week has the highest scientific recognition, in the form of the Nobel Prize, been awarded to the three American scientists who discovered it: Jeffrey Hall, Michael Rosbash, and Michael Young.
It’s taken that long for the scientific community to appreciate fully the astonishing importance of circadian rhythms. Indeed, body clocks lie at the core of our existence. Here, JOHN NAISH reveals what makes us tick. In 1984, the three scientists identified a gene that runs the 24-hour biological clock inside humans. It ensures that our bodies stay in sync with the revolutions of the Earth and the shifts between day and night.
The researchers bred fruit flies that lacked this gene and found the insects were unable to control their most basic biological functions such as blood pressure, heart-rate, temperature, hormone levels, metabolism, sleep, and even behaviour.
‘This mechanism has its fingers in every aspect of physiology and behaviour that humans undergo,’ Professor Rosbash explained this week. Researchers at the universities of Bath and Surrey recently reported the discovery of circadian clocks in our muscles which, if disrupted, may be linked to the development of Type 2 diabetes.
They found that the muscle clocks are involved in regulating how the body responds to insulin — a hormone that promotes the uptake of glucose from the blood.
Poor quality sleep — known to increase the risk of Type 2 diabetes — may disrupt the muscle clocks and help to trigger insulin-resistance, leading to high blood sugar levels that are characteristic of the disease. One possible evolutionary reason for the existence of larks and owls is that it enabled our tribal ancestors to ensure there were suitably alert guards around their camps, night and day.
Being a morning or an evening person appears to be linked to the hour of our birth.
A study of thousands of U.S. students found that those born in the morning scored better in IQ tests held in the morning and thus were larks. Those born later in the day did better in tests held late in the afternoon and thus were owls.
Our body clocks may be set when, as babies, we are first exposed to the light of the world.

Today society has change for the men as we are the power of the human race today, with out man this world would not function in the correct manner based on human development, men's brains are different to a woman's brain, our internal figure is a stronger developing source that has different ability that is different from a women, it's seems that the man internal productive eggs are not forming in the correct manner, most humans across the world are having girls more then boys, it's all based around the chemistry affect that relates a man to develop a child that is a boy. More men are single or never in a stable relation due to the actions of a women. The reason for this is because the women is the driving aspect of everyday work that is connected to brain function mentally which acts as a affect within two humans that create and bond to develop a human In to living society. Men are not productive based on producing a boy child as more girls are entering in to the world and we are declining based on scientific research that does not state a reason why. Now to find why boy are less often to be produce research need to advance.  It's all with the brain of a man that gives the required development and if a women brain has more capability of understand it will turn in her favour. This aspect within years to come could see a fall in our human race that see a world come to a end. Please view the video above based on the world with out a human race. Ps Cs
