Sweden and the Viral “Sex as a Sport” Claim: The Truth Behind the Tournament Rumours

In recent years, headlines across social media and several international news outlets claimed that Sweden had officially declared sex a sport and was preparing to host the world’s first sex tournament. The unusual story quickly went viral, sparking curiosity, debate, and widespread confusion online. However, investigations later revealed that the claim was largely misleading and not officially recognised by the Swedish government or its sporting authorities.

How the Story Started

The rumours began circulating in 2023 after reports suggested that a group called the “Swedish Sex Federation” planned to organise a so-called European Sex Championship. According to early claims, competitors from multiple countries would participate in various categories such as seduction, endurance, creativity, and intimacy techniques, with judges scoring performances much like a traditional sporting event.

Some reports even suggested that the competition would include daily sessions lasting several hours and would be judged on aspects such as communication between partners, physical stamina, and chemistry. These unusual claims quickly captured global attention and were widely shared on social media.

Sweden’s Official Response

Despite the viral headlines, Sweden’s main sports authority — the Swedish Sports Confederation — quickly clarified that sex has not been recognised as an official sport in the country. Officials confirmed that an application submitted by the group seeking recognition had been rejected, mainly because the proposal did not meet the organisation’s requirements and the paperwork was incomplete.

Spokespeople for the confederation stated that reports claiming Sweden had formally approved sex as a sport were false information and stressed that no official tournament had been sanctioned by the national governing body.

The Role of a Private Organisation

The idea behind the controversial competition was largely driven by a private initiative linked to a businessman who operated adult entertainment venues. He attempted to promote the concept of sex as a competitive activity and sought to have it recognised in the same way as other organised sports.

Although the application was rejected, the group still claimed it intended to organise its own independent event without official recognition from Swedish sporting authorities. This announcement helped fuel the viral narrative that Sweden had formally adopted the concept.

A Viral Hoax That Spread Worldwide

Fact-checkers later described the story as a global misinformation wave, noting that several media outlets published the claim without verification. The story was repeated in numerous countries before corrections were issued.

Experts say the incident highlights how unusual or sensational stories can rapidly spread online, especially when they involve controversial cultural topics.

The Bottom Line

Despite the widespread headlines, Sweden has not declared sex an official sport and has not officially organised a sex tournament. The idea originated from a private group attempting to create such a competition, but it received no recognition from the country’s national sports authorities.

While the rumour generated global fascination, the story ultimately serves as a reminder of how quickly misinformation can travel in the digital age.

Jamaica ends 50-year medical cooperation programme with Cuba

The government of Jamaica has officially ended a medical cooperation programme with Cuba that had been in place for more than five decades, bringing a significant chapter of Caribbean health collaboration to a close.

The decision was announced by Jamaica’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, confirming that the long-running arrangement that allowed Cuban doctors and medical specialists to work in Jamaica’s public health system will not be renewed. The programme had been a cornerstone of Jamaica’s healthcare system for nearly 50 years, helping to fill critical shortages of doctors, nurses and specialists across the island.

Why the agreement ended

According to Jamaican officials, the programme ended after the two governments were unable to reach agreement on the terms of a new technical cooperation arrangement following the expiration of the previous deal in February 2023.

Foreign Minister Kamina Johnson Smith said the government decided to discontinue the deployment of Cuban medical professionals under the existing arrangement after negotiations failed to produce a new agreement.

Despite the termination of the programme, Jamaican authorities said that Cuban doctors currently working on the island will be allowed to complete their contracts, and the government may seek to employ some of them individually under Jamaican labour laws.

A major role in Jamaica’s health system

For decades, Cuba has sent hundreds of healthcare professionals to Jamaica to support hospitals and clinics, particularly in rural areas where staffing shortages have been severe.

At one point, more than 300 Cuban doctors, nurses and technicians were working across Jamaica’s public health facilities, providing vital services ranging from primary care to specialist treatment.

The partnership dates back to the 1970s and became one of the longest-standing examples of Cuba’s international medical missions, which have deployed healthcare workers to dozens of countries around the world.

Political tensions surrounding the programme

The end of the agreement also comes amid growing international scrutiny of Cuba’s overseas medical missions.

The United States has repeatedly criticised the programmes, alleging that they involve forced labour and human trafficking. Officials in Washington have pressured countries hosting Cuban doctors to reconsider the arrangements.

However, Jamaica’s government has denied that external pressure influenced its decision, insisting that the move was based purely on unresolved contractual issues with Cuba.

Cuban officials, meanwhile, have suggested that political pressure played a role and have announced that hundreds of Cuban medical workers will be withdrawn from the island following the termination of the programme.

What happens next

Health experts warn that the end of the partnership could leave significant gaps in Jamaica’s healthcare system, particularly in rural communities that have long relied on Cuban medical staff.

The Jamaican government says it will now focus on strengthening its domestic workforce and exploring other international partnerships to ensure continuity of healthcare services.

For many Caribbean observers, the decision marks the end of one of the region’s most enduring health partnerships — a collaboration that shaped Jamaica’s public health system for half a century.

Dear 222 News viewers, sponsored by smileband,

Speculation is growing that King Charles III could step down and allow Prince William to become king sooner than expected — possibly within the next year. While no official announcement has been made by Buckingham Palace, royal commentators and insiders say discussions about a potential transition are reportedly taking place behind closed doors.

Growing speculation about abdication

Reports from royal experts claim that King Charles III may consider passing the throne to his eldest son, Prince William, within the next 12 months, with health concerns expected to be the public explanation.

According to insiders quoted by royal commentators, conversations about succession timing are “no longer hypothetical,” suggesting the palace could be preparing for a carefully managed transition.

Some experts claim that a gradual handover could help stabilise the monarchy during a period of intense scrutiny and political pressure. A senior courtier reportedly said any transition would be “measured and dignified” if it happens.

Health and pressure on the monarchy

Health concerns surrounding King Charles have contributed to the rumours. The monarch has been dealing with ongoing medical issues in recent years, and royal watchers say the demands of the role can be extremely taxing for someone in their mid-70s.

Some analysts also argue that placing William on the throne earlier could strengthen public support for the monarchy. The Prince and Princess of Wales remain among the most popular members of the royal family, and a younger monarch could represent a generational shift.

What would happen if Charles stepped down?

If King Charles decided to abdicate, it would trigger a formal constitutional process involving Parliament and the governments of the Commonwealth realms. Abdication is extremely rare in British history — the last time it happened was in 1936 when King Edward VIII stepped down.

Upon abdication, Prince William would immediately become King William V, and his wife Catherine, Princess of Wales would become queen consort.

No official confirmation

Despite the growing speculation, Buckingham Palace has not confirmed any plan for abdication, and King Charles continues to carry out royal duties and public engagements.

Many royal historians note that British monarchs traditionally serve until death, making abdication highly unusual. For now, the idea of Prince William becoming king this year remains rumour rather than confirmed policy.

Vybz Kartel Receives Proclamation and Key to Broward County

Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel has received one of the highest civic honours in South Florida after being presented with an official proclamation and the Key to Broward County during a ceremony in Florida.

The honour was presented during a special commission meeting at Lauderhill City Hall in Broward County, recognising the Jamaican artist’s global cultural influence and humanitarian efforts. The presentation was led by Lauderhill Mayor Denise Grant, who praised Kartel’s impact on music and community support initiatives.

Recognition for Global Influence

Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, has long been regarded as one of the most influential figures in dancehall music. City officials said the recognition was intended to celebrate not only his contribution to music but also his role in supporting humanitarian efforts in Jamaica.

According to officials, the award highlighted the artist’s outreach following a devastating hurricane in Jamaica, where musicians and public figures mobilised support and relief for affected communities.

Receiving the honour, Kartel expressed gratitude for the recognition, calling the moment both “humbling” and meaningful.

Other Jamaican Icons Honoured

Kartel was not the only artist honoured at the ceremony. Several legendary reggae and dancehall figures were also recognised for their cultural and humanitarian contributions, including:

Beenie Man

Busy Signal

Spragga Benz

Wayne Wonder

All five artists received proclamations and symbolic keys in recognition of their influence on Caribbean culture and their role in strengthening ties between Jamaica and the large Caribbean diaspora community in South Florida.

Celebrating Caribbean Culture

The ceremony formed part of celebrations connected to International Reggae Month, with city leaders highlighting the powerful global reach of Jamaican music. Officials noted that reggae and dancehall have played a major role in shaping cultural identity within Caribbean communities in the United States.

Mayor Grant said the honour recognises artists who have used their platform not only to entertain but also to uplift communities during times of hardship.

A Major Moment for Dancehall

For Kartel, often referred to as the “Worl’ Boss,” the recognition marks another milestone in a career that has influenced generations of artists and fans around the world.

With millions of listeners globally and a lasting impact on modern dancehall, the Broward County honour further cements his place as one of Jamaica’s most recognised and influential musical figures.

Tesla Sales Plunge as BYD Dominates Global EV Market

Electric vehicle giant Tesla is facing mounting pressure after new figures revealed a sharp decline in sales, while Chinese rival BYD continues to surge ahead in the global electric vehicle market.

Recent data suggests Tesla’s sales volumes have fallen dramatically in several key markets, with some regions reporting declines close to 50% over recent years, highlighting a growing shift in the electric vehicle industry.

At the same time, BYD has surged ahead, selling significantly more vehicles than Tesla in several monthly comparisons, with reports indicating the Chinese automaker has at times sold twice as many electric vehicles as Tesla in a single month in certain markets.

BYD Overtakes Tesla Globally

The shift became most visible in 2025 when BYD officially overtook Tesla as the world’s largest electric vehicle manufacturer. The Chinese company sold roughly 2.26 million battery-electric vehicles, compared with Tesla’s around 1.63 million units.

When plug-in hybrid models are included, BYD’s overall vehicle sales climbed even higher to around 4.6 million vehicles, further widening the gap between the two companies.

Tesla Struggling in Key Markets

Tesla’s difficulties have been particularly visible in Europe and China, two of the world’s largest EV markets. In some regions, Tesla registrations have dropped sharply year-on-year as competition intensifies.

For example:

Tesla sales across several European markets have fallen roughly 50% since early 2024.

In China, Tesla’s monthly sales have also dropped significantly, with some months showing declines of more than 40% compared with previous years.

Industry analysts say the decline reflects increasing competition from Chinese manufacturers offering lower prices, more model options and faster innovation cycles.

Why BYD Is Winning the EV Race

Several key factors have helped BYD pull ahead:

1. Lower prices

BYD offers a wide range of affordable electric vehicles, many priced well below Tesla’s lineup.

2. More models

While Tesla relies heavily on a few core vehicles such as the Model 3 and Model Y, BYD produces dozens of electric and plug-in hybrid models targeting multiple market segments.

3. Battery technology

BYD manufactures its own batteries, including the widely used Blade battery, allowing the company to control costs and scale production faster.

4. Global expansion

The company has rapidly expanded sales outside China, with overseas deliveries reaching around one million vehicles in 2025, a huge increase compared with previous years.

Tesla Shifts Focus to AI and Robotics

Despite declining vehicle sales, Tesla remains one of the world’s most valuable car companies, partly due to investor expectations surrounding future technologies such as autonomous vehicles, robotaxis and humanoid robots.

However, analysts warn that Tesla will need to refresh its vehicle lineup and reduce prices if it hopes to regain momentum in the increasingly competitive EV market.

The New EV Landscape

The rise of BYD signals a major shift in the global car industry. Just a few years ago Tesla dominated the electric vehicle market, but today Chinese manufacturers are rapidly catching up — and in many cases overtaking — the once-undisputed leader.

With the EV market continuing to expand, the competition between Tesla and BYD is likely to define the future of electric mobility for the next decade.

Four men have been arrested in the United Kingdom on suspicion of spying for Iran, in a case that has raised serious concerns about foreign intelligence activity and potential threats to the Jewish community in London.

Counter-terrorism officers from the Metropolitan Police carried out the arrests during a series of early-morning raids on Friday, detaining the suspects at addresses in Barnet and Harrow in north London, and in Watford, Hertfordshire. The operation was part of a long-running investigation into suspected espionage linked to Iranian intelligence services.

Suspects linked to Iranian intelligence

Police confirmed that four men aged between 22 and 55 were arrested on suspicion of assisting a foreign intelligence service, an offence under the UK’s National Security Act 2023.

According to investigators, the suspects include:

One Iranian national

Three dual British-Iranian citizens

Authorities believe the group may have been carrying out surveillance on individuals and locations connected to London’s Jewish community.

Police have not disclosed exactly which locations were being monitored, but officials said the investigation is examining whether the surveillance was intended to support hostile actions or attacks on British soil.

Counter-terror investigation

The arrests were conducted by Counter Terrorism Policing London, working alongside the UK’s domestic intelligence agency MI5. Investigators say the operation followed months of intelligence gathering before the suspects were detained.

Commander Helen Flanagan, head of Counter Terrorism Policing London, said the arrests were part of ongoing efforts to disrupt hostile state activity in the UK and protect communities from potential threats.

Growing concerns about Iranian activity

British officials have warned for several years about Iranian intelligence operations targeting dissidents, journalists, and Jewish communities abroad. Security services say Tehran has increasingly used proxy networks and recruited individuals in foreign countries to gather information or conduct surveillance.

UK authorities have also stated that Iran has been linked to multiple plots or attempted attacks on British soil in recent years, prompting tougher legislation such as the National Security Act.

What happens next

The four suspects remain in custody while detectives continue questioning them and analysing evidence seized during the raids. Investigators are trying to determine:

Whether the men were acting directly on behalf of Iranian intelligence

Whether the surveillance was connected to a planned attack or intimidation campaign

If other individuals or networks may be involved

The case highlights growing tensions between Western governments and Iran, as security agencies across Europe report an increase in foreign espionage and influence operations.

China Executes Three Criminals in Public as Part of ‘Zero Tolerance’ Crime Policy

Authorities in China have reportedly carried out the public execution of three convicted criminals in what officials described as a demonstration of the government’s “zero tolerance” stance on violent crime. The executions, which took place following final court approvals, have sparked renewed debate internationally about the country’s use of capital punishment and public displays of justice.

According to reports from local authorities, the three individuals had been convicted of serious crimes including murder, armed robbery and organised criminal activity. Officials stated that the punishment was intended not only to deliver justice for victims, but also to serve as a warning to others that severe crimes would be met with the harshest possible consequences.

Public executions were once more common in China, particularly during earlier decades when authorities sought to deter crime through highly visible punishments. Although modern executions in the country are usually carried out by lethal injection or shooting behind closed doors, local governments occasionally organise public sentencing rallies where convicted criminals are presented before crowds before their sentences are carried out.

China is believed to execute more prisoners each year than any other country in the world, although the exact number remains a state secret. Human rights organisations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have long criticised the practice, arguing that the lack of transparency and the speed of some trials raise serious concerns about due process and the risk of wrongful convictions.

Chinese authorities, however, defend the death penalty as a necessary tool for maintaining social stability in a country with a population of more than 1.4 billion people. Officials frequently argue that strict punishments help deter serious crimes and reassure the public that the government is taking firm action against violence and organised criminal networks.

The executions come as China continues a broader crackdown on organised crime and corruption under the leadership of Xi Jinping. Over the past decade, the government has launched numerous campaigns aimed at eliminating criminal gangs, financial corruption and underground networks that authorities say threaten national stability.

Critics argue that public executions risk turning justice into a spectacle and may violate international human rights standards. Supporters within China, however, often see harsh punishments as an effective deterrent and a reflection of the country’s strict law-and-order approach.

The incident is likely to reignite global debate over the death penalty, particularly as many countries move toward abolishing capital punishment entirely, while others — including China — continue to defend it as an essential component of their criminal justice system.

Apple closing in on a $4 trillion valuation

Shares of Apple have surged in recent months, pushing the company’s market capitalisation to around $3.9–$4 trillion, placing it among the most valuable businesses ever created. Investors have been buoyed by strong product sales, expanding services revenue and growing confidence in Apple’s artificial intelligence strategy.

If Apple consistently holds this valuation level, it would join an exclusive group of tech giants reaching the $4 trillion milestone, reflecting the enormous financial influence of large technology companies on global markets.

Strong iPhone sales driving investor optimism

A major factor behind the rally has been the success of Apple’s latest smartphone lineup, particularly the iPhone 17, which reportedly saw stronger early demand than its predecessor in key markets such as the United States and China.

Analysts noted that sales in the first days of launch exceeded those of the previous generation by more than 10%, boosting expectations that Apple could deliver another strong earnings quarter.

Because the iPhone still accounts for a large portion of Apple’s revenue, any strong upgrade cycle can significantly impact the company’s share price and overall market value.

Artificial intelligence becoming the next growth engine

Beyond hardware, investors are increasingly betting on Apple’s future in artificial intelligence.

The company is integrating AI capabilities across its ecosystem—from improving voice assistants to enhancing productivity tools across devices. Apple is also reportedly exploring partnerships with AI developers to power the next generation of Siri and other services.

This shift into AI has become a major catalyst for technology stocks globally as companies race to build AI-powered products and infrastructure.

The power of Apple’s ecosystem

Another reason investors remain bullish is Apple’s powerful ecosystem of products and services.

Apple’s lineup includes the iPhone, Mac computers, iPad tablets, Apple Watch and AirPods, alongside digital services such as iCloud, Apple Music and the App Store.

This tightly integrated ecosystem encourages customers to stay within Apple’s platform, generating recurring revenue through subscriptions, digital purchases and device upgrades.

A symbol of the dominance of Big Tech

Apple was the first publicly traded U.S. company to reach a $1 trillion valuation in 2018, and since then its value has continued to climb as technology becomes increasingly central to the global economy.

The surge toward $4 trillion also reflects the broader boom in technology and artificial intelligence companies, with firms such as Nvidia and Microsoft competing at similar valuation levels amid massive investment in AI infrastructure.

Risks and questions ahead

Despite the impressive growth, some analysts warn that Apple’s high valuation could face challenges.

Competition in smartphones, regulatory scrutiny of Big Tech and uncertainty over whether AI investments will generate enough revenue could all affect future growth. Additionally, the broader tech market has seen warnings of a potential “AI bubble,” where valuations may outpace real economic returns.

A historic financial milestone

Even with these risks, Apple’s approach to the $4 trillion mark highlights the extraordinary scale that global technology companies have achieved.

If Apple maintains or surpasses this valuation, it would mark another historic moment in financial markets—demonstrating how a company that began as a small computer startup in California has evolved into one of the most valuable enterprises the world has ever seen.

Trump’s Strike on Iran Could Cost the U.S. Economy Up to $210 Billion

Economic analysts have warned that military strikes ordered by Donald Trump against Iran could cost the United States economy as much as $210 billion, depending on how long the conflict continues and how global markets react. Experts say the financial impact goes far beyond bombs and missiles—it affects energy prices, financial markets, military budgets and global trade.

While the direct military cost of the operation is already running into billions, economists warn the wider economic effects could multiply the final price tag several times over.

Why the Conflict Could Cost Up to $210 Billion

1. Direct Military Spending

The first and most obvious cost is the actual price of fighting the war. Modern warfare requires extremely expensive technology and logistics.

The U.S. campaign—known as Operation Epic Fury—has involved:

Stealth bombers and fighter jets

Aircraft carrier strike groups

Cruise missiles and drone systems

Missile defence systems such as Patriot and THAAD

Operating a single aircraft carrier group alone can cost around $6.5 million per day, while advanced interceptor missiles can cost about $4 million each.

The Pentagon has already burned through large numbers of missiles and precision weapons in the first phase of the operation, forcing the U.S. to replenish stockpiles.

When equipment losses, logistics, intelligence operations and troop deployments are included, analysts estimate tens of billions of dollars in direct military spending could accumulate if the conflict lasts weeks or months.

2. Rising Oil Prices and Energy Costs

One of the biggest economic risks comes from the global oil market.

Iran sits next to the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most important shipping routes in the world. About 20% of global oil supplies pass through this narrow channel.

If fighting disrupts traffic in the strait:

Oil shipments could slow or stop

Global energy prices could spike

U.S. fuel prices could rise sharply

Since the strikes began, oil prices have already risen around 16%, pushing petrol prices higher across the United States.

Higher fuel prices increase costs for:

airlines

shipping companies

manufacturers

consumers

These price rises ripple through the economy, driving inflation and reducing economic growth.

3. Financial Market Instability

Military conflict with a major regional power creates global uncertainty, which often triggers turbulence in financial markets.

Investors typically react to war by:

selling stocks

moving money into safe assets

delaying business investment

Market volatility can reduce corporate spending and slow economic expansion. Analysts warn that prolonged conflict could even push the global economy toward recession.

For the U.S., this means:

lower stock market valuations

reduced business investment

weaker job growth

4. Increased Defence Spending and Budget Deficits

Another major cost is long-term defence spending.

The Pentagon has already requested additional funds to rebuild missile inventories and increase weapons production after heavy use during the strikes.

To sustain the conflict, the U.S. may need to:

expand weapons manufacturing

fund additional deployments in the Middle East

strengthen missile defence systems

If these costs are financed through borrowing, they increase the U.S. national debt and budget deficit, adding long-term economic pressure.

5. Global Trade and Supply Chain Disruptions

The Middle East remains one of the world’s most important energy and shipping regions. Any conflict there can disrupt global supply chains.

Possible effects include:

higher shipping insurance costs

delays in cargo routes

reduced exports and imports

higher food and commodity prices

Such disruptions can spread quickly through global markets, affecting industries ranging from aviation to agriculture.

The Estimated Total Cost

Economic modelling suggests the combined impact of these factors could range from $50 billion to $210 billion, depending on:

how long the conflict lasts

whether Iran retaliates against shipping or oil infrastructure

how financial markets react

The upper estimate assumes prolonged fighting and major disruptions to energy markets.

Conclusion

Although military strikes themselves cost billions, the real economic damage often comes from secondary effects. Rising oil prices, financial market instability, defence spending increases and global trade disruptions could combine to push the total economic impact of the Trump-Iran conflict toward $210 billion.

For policymakers and economists, the key concern is not just the battlefield outcome—but whether the war triggers a wider shock to the global economy.

How the Mafia Traditionally Dealt With Sexual Predators

The crimes of Jeffrey Epstein shocked the world, exposing a network of exploitation involving underage girls and powerful figures. While Epstein’s case unfolded through courts and public investigations, many have asked a darker question: how would traditional organised crime groups, such as the American Mafia, have dealt with someone accused of similar behaviour within their own circles?

Historically, Mafia organisations like La Cosa Nostra operated under their own rigid code of conduct. While the group itself was responsible for a wide range of criminal activities—from extortion to murder—certain crimes were paradoxically considered unacceptable even within the underworld.

A Strict but Contradictory Code

Members of Mafia families, including groups like the Gambino crime family and the Genovese crime family, were expected to follow a code of honour. This unwritten code emphasised loyalty, secrecy, and respect for family structures.

One offence that often triggered severe consequences was the abuse of children. Former mob figures and investigators have repeatedly stated that crimes involving minors were viewed as deeply dishonourable—even by criminal standards.

In Mafia culture, individuals accused of harming children were frequently labelled as beyond redemption.

Immediate and Brutal Justice

Unlike state justice systems, Mafia groups historically dealt with internal violations quickly and quietly. When someone broke the code, punishment could be swift.

Former mobsters have described how individuals accused of sexual crimes against minors would likely face violent retaliation. Rather than trials or legal proceedings, punishment could involve beatings, banishment, or even execution ordered by a Mafia boss.

High-ranking figures such as John Gotti of the Gambino family were known for enforcing strict discipline within their organisations. While Gotti himself led a violent criminal empire, insiders claimed that crimes involving children were treated with particular hatred.

Reputation and Control

Part of the reason for this harsh stance was reputation. Mafia organisations depended on community influence and fear to maintain power. Being associated with individuals who preyed on children could damage their standing within neighbourhoods where they operated.

In many Italian-American communities during the 20th century, mob bosses carefully managed their public image, sometimes portraying themselves as protectors of local families—even while running illegal operations.

Allowing a sexual predator to operate freely within their circles would contradict that narrative and risk undermining their authority.

Myth vs Reality

However, experts caution against romanticising the Mafia’s so-called moral boundaries. While some former members insist predators would not have been tolerated, organised crime groups were ultimately motivated by profit and power, not justice.

The same organisations that claimed to protect communities were also responsible for violence, drug trafficking, and corruption.

In reality, the Mafia’s response to someone like Epstein would likely depend on one factor above all: whether that individual posed a threat to the organisation’s interests or reputation.

A Different World of Justice

The case of Jeffrey Epstein highlighted failures within legal and political systems. But comparing those failures with Mafia justice reveals something equally troubling.

Organised crime groups did not operate under law, evidence, or due process. Their “justice” was based on intimidation and violence—methods that often created more victims rather than protecting them.

While the idea that even criminals despise child predators may sound reassuring to some, it also underscores a darker truth: in the underworld, punishment was not about fairness, but about power.
