People experience different aspects that develop around negative responses within social environment that builds a wall between different cultures, it could be within the law or within the work place environment that places a one sided element to the attitude of people, respect is addressed to all differences between culture, taking the side of destroying a person understanding within there self or talking untruth stories that lead to negative downfall is a source of discrimination based around the racial aspect. It's a aspect of human rights that lead to the term of discrimination. Human rights are a means of respecting someones life and not to take advantage of there life as it is a important purpose to a person. People choose to brake the law or hold a different route to there path in there life still hold human rights to them self but can be obstructed by means of force.
