Polish YouTuber Stuu to Be Extradited From UK to Poland Over Alleged Sexual Offences Involving Minors

By 222 News

British-Polish YouTuber Stuart Kluz-Burton, widely known online as Stuu, is set to be extradited from the United Kingdom to Poland to face criminal proceedings over allegations involving sexual activity with girls under the age of 15.

The case has attracted significant attention in Poland and is connected to the wider “Pandora Gate” scandal, which emerged in 2023 following allegations concerning relationships and communications between prominent online creators and underage girls.

Who is Stuu?

Stuart Kluz-Burton, 34, was born in London and later moved to Poland, where he built a large online following. He became particularly well known for Minecraft gaming videos before expanding into lifestyle and comedy content.

At the height of his popularity, Stuu reportedly had more than four million YouTube subscribers and around 1.8 million Instagram followers.

Allegations involving girls under 15

Polish prosecutors allege that Stuu committed two offences involving sexual activity with girls who were under 15. The allegations relate to incidents said to have occurred in 2015 and 2018.

He also faces two allegations concerning the supplying or encouraging of minors to consume alcohol. According to Polish prosecutors, one of the minors involved in the alcohol allegation was also allegedly connected to the sexual-offence investigation.

The allegations remain allegations, and Stuu has not been convicted of the offences. The extradition decision allows the Polish justice system to deal with the accusations and determine the case through the courts.

Arrest in Britain

Stuu was arrested in the United Kingdom in October 2023 after Polish authorities sought his detention. A British court subsequently approved Poland’s extradition request.

Stuu appealed against the decision, arguing, among other things, that political statements in Poland had affected the independence of the judicial process surrounding the arrest warrant.

However, the High Court rejected those arguments and upheld the extradition decision in July 2026. The court concluded that the circumstances did not establish that the Polish arrest warrant had been compromised by political interference.

Pandora Gate

The allegations against Stuu became part of the wider Pandora Gate controversy, which shook Poland’s online influencer community in 2023.

The scandal led to increased scrutiny of interactions between well-known internet personalities and teenage fans, with allegations concerning inappropriate communications and relationships becoming the subject of investigations and public debate.

What happens next?

Following the British court’s decision, Stuu is expected to be transferred to Poland, where he will face the allegations before the Polish justice system.

If convicted, he could face a significant prison sentence. Reports citing the Polish arrest warrant state that the potential sentence could be as high as 12 years.

The case demonstrates how international cooperation between law-enforcement agencies can allow suspects wanted for serious offences to be returned to another country to face justice, even when they have moved across borders.

222 News will continue to follow developments in the Stuu case and report on any future court proceedings.
